= Profile =
The Chicken Knives are spoken of mostly in story. Weapons crafted not to absorb the strength or courage of their wielder but rather their fearfulness, every step you take away from your opponent is said to only sharpen the blade and infuse it with stronger magic. With that in mind the spineless pickpocket Gallus was in many ways the ideal candidate to own one, not that it makes him feel any better. He stole a Chicken Knife by accident (or so he complains) and having it has troubled him ever since. Every time he runs far enough away from someone trying to maim him for the mystical blade (which happens a lot) somebody ELSE seems to want to take it from him, dead or alive. Any time he's forced to defend himself the sheer amount of running away he's accumulated has made the weapon fearsomely powerful, which in turn makes it more appealing to the sort of people Gallus wants to avoid. Truly, he's stuck between a rock and a hard place: to run and keep the weapon ruining his life, or be killed for it. Pity him.

= Background =

Sometimes in the world it feels like you're either rich enough to afford a rocket car made of solid gold or too poor to eat. Gallus is, and always has been, the latter and like many turned to petty crime to make his way. The only problem was he was awful at it. Far too sheepish and yellow-bellied to pull off any big heists, he instead made ends meet by penny-pinching and purse dipping. Far from the scurrilous rogue, Gallus would have so easily faded into obscurity if it weren't for /that night/.

You see on /this/ night Gallus decided he was going to do something different. Something bold. Something... well maybe not bold, because that would be terrifying. SOMETHING, anyway. In any case he wound up stealing from a travelling merchant. To Gallus's credit it was actually a fairly well researched plan: he skulked around for a while to see what the merchant had to sell, waited until the seller's back was turned and then grabbed the first thing he could reach and ran.

The result was the Chicken Knife -- a curious item by any standard. Rare, but generally thought off as useless and hardly ever used by any self-respecting warrior. They were weapons that turned fear into power. Well... kind of. With every step you ran away from your opponent some magical enchantment on the weapon made it better, sleeker, sharper and more potent. Gallus slowly began to realize this, as when he ran the hell away from anyone trying to collect debts from him the weapon did a hell of a lot better after he'd eventually been cornered than when he plucked up enough courage to use it without taking a step.

Simply put, whenever Gallus used the blade when he HADN'T been running a mile it couldn't cut butter, but after he'd ran for his life it could slice the breeze itself into confused zephyrs.

Naturally a weapon like that earned a reputation. Rumor started to break out that Gallus had his hands on a weapon of great power -- few realizing, due to his natural tendency to flee from anything bigger than a breadbox, that it was actually useless in somebody not a complete wuss. The further and harder Gallus ran the more impressive his feats became, creating quite the vicious circle. Soon Gallus's victories over goons and thugs become common knowledge, making him something of a folk hero among his fellow downtrodden peasants in the world.

Fortunately it wasn't long before the world went to hell anyway. Gallus was saved the fate of spiraling through the darkness by being TORN from the world and winding up in Traverse Town without his consent. He suspects the Chicken Knife is probably to blame, throwing him into ANOTHER terrifying situation both to save the wielder that's making it so powerful and improve it's chances of becoming an awesomely powerful blade again in turn.
[[File:Twewy-beat2.jpg|200px|left]]

Beat is a former Player in the Reapers' Game who became a Reaper himself to recover his Erased sister, Rhyme. After his world was swallowed by darkness things got a little screwy and she was brought back into existence without his help. Now Beat uses what Reaper powers he still has left to vanquish Heartless and meet his Erasure quota while continuing to restore the world shards.

==Abilities==

Beat is a Player in the Reapers' Game. He owns a Player Pin that, when touched, forms a temporary Pact with the opposite person allowing him to use of various psychs. He also owns a blank Fusion pin, a gift from Mr. Hanekoma, that allows him to combine his energies with a pal form a more powerful combined attack.

The pins that Beat uses entirely revolve from his preferred Wild Boar brand. They are an assortment of pins that are graffiti and skater styled, two of his interests, as well as being high-damage burst pins which is what matches his fighting style best.

Beat's secondary skills are those of a Reaper. Though his heart is as free from darkness as any other person's he has been 'marked' as one of them, a holdover from their world being so screwed up when it was sucked into darkness. This permits him not only shades of privileged knowledge but also the ability to pass through Corridors of Darkness when he needs to and summon Noise to help him. Being able to do something, however, does not mean that one should: Beat can't remember the last time he summoned noise, and has never moved through the darkness to reach a new destination. Beat rightly fears using these powers would cause him to fall into darkness, so would ever really use them in an emergency.
Gogo is a famed mimic whose motivations are a secret to everybody. Many think Gogo has no personality beyond what's imitated from others, though this is of course false (but a very flattering assumption). Nobody even knows Gogo's true appearance as it's is completely covered by many layers of strange clothing when not copying others. Gogo's main skill is the ability to perfectly duplicate the actions of another person, even down to their magical skill, but won't explain how this can be the case. Rumours that Gogo once fell through an Interdimensional Rift are unsubstantiated.
NOTE: Since even I don't know Gogo's true gender I will be using 'glarb' in place of her, his, he and she.
Gogo's history is a mystery (hee, rhyme) that everybody has a theory on. Some say glarb's simply a mad person, others that glarb is a consumate artist. There are even some that insist the truth is that Gogo is a creature known as the Famed Mimic Gogo. They say glarb was defeated in another world and wound up here after jumping into an interdimensional rift, but nobody believes THOSE types of people.
What's important, however, is not who Gogo is but what Gogo is doing. Those that know see a pattern in glarb actions that subtly manipulates the stream of events in ways that make life more interesting... but then again, we've already talked about how reliable they are. In fact, you should be concerned about how reliable a narrator I am in telling you all this, seeing how I've just digressed into this little aside.

The important part is that, depending on Gogo's whims, glarb can be a meddler, a hero, a vagabond, a thief, a clown or -- ultimately -- the end of the world depending on the person glarb chooses to imitate at any given moment. And that's the best you can say, realy...
It also has a unique ability, hereafter referred to as a Psych: its ability is Scan, which allows Beat to telepathically scan the surface thoughts of non-Players, and to see the unique sigils which denote a buildup of Noise.</th>
<th align="center">Respect is an unbranded pin that gives Beat access to the Shcokwave psych, allowing for quick strikes with his skateboard that can knock an enemy back.</th>
<th align="center">The Frog is a Reaper pin used to summon Frog type Noise into being. Beat rarely uses it for this purpose, however, instead using it to activate the Splash Core psych. Splash Core creates an orb of water that rebounds from opponent to opponent, though Beat can focus its powers in other ways to create and manipulate water when needed.</th>

==Abilities==

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit used to be the darling of Disney Town. Beloved by all, including his half-brother Mickey Mouse, he was a rascal who always got into adventures and put a smile on the face of the townspeople. Despite his popularity, however, he seemed to disappear after being suddenly replaced in the town's affection by Mickey. Embittered at how quickly all his good deeds were forgotten, Oswald's heart grew cold and he inadvertently opened a Corridor of Darkness to another land. Trapped, Oswald built his own version of Disney Town with him as the star and fostered the darkness within his heart until that power became strong enough to let him escape. Returning to a world that idolised Mickey Mouse as their King, Oswald has sworn to retake his place as the hero of Disney Town whatever the cost.

==History==

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was the first citizen of Disney Town even before there was a Disney Town. The world's architecture and population was in many ways shaped by his adventures long before anyone had even heard of his half-brother Mickey. He was the most popular person in the city and, in time, Kingship seemed to be his destiny.

Groomed for the role despite his rascally nature, Oswald was briefly apprenticed to Yen Sid. Under his guidance the Prince started to learn the secrets of magic and the world outside Disney Town, the knowledge that would lead to King Mickey becoming the balanced and wise ruler he is today in his stead.
Despite this preparation and ground-laying, however, something suddenly changed in Disney Town. Formerly their most cherished member, he was forgotten by the townsfolk almost overnight. Mickey Mouse became their new favorite, and the world reshaped itself in his image. The change in focus did not suit Oswald. Rather than be happy for his half-brother's success Oswald closed in on himself and became bitter and angry, withdrawing from public life.

It was under this self-imposed exile that darkness infiltrated his heart. Already having the potential to be an adept sorcerer from the start Yen Sid had given him, Oswald accidentally tapped into that power and opened a corridor of Darkness, which sucked him from Disney Town and into a land altogether more strange.

Even today Oswald can't accurately identify the nature of world he transported to, though he eventually called it the Wasteland. There his one-sided rivalry with Mickey Mouse grew ever stronger, as did his adeptness at controlling the power of darkness. Using it, the Wasteland was morphed into a broken mirror image of Disney Town using Oswald's magical power and memories, with him as its rightful and eternal star.

After many years trapped in the Wasteland Oswald mastered the darkness. Using it, he was able to reopen another corridor of Darkness and -- after a few jumps to worlds entirely unlike his own -- refound his way to Disney Town. Once home, he found that he was completely forgotten. Nobody had searched for him. Nobody had cared. King Mickey was now all anyone could talk about -- specifically, where had he gone? It was said that he was on a quest. That he was searching for a Key.

It didn't matter much to Oswald. He would retake what had been stolen from him. He would be King of Disney Town. He would surpass his brother, the pretender, whatever the cost.

'''Skills:''' ''That Lucky Oswald Rabbit!, Anti-Villain, Darker and Edgier, Jerk With A Heart Of Gold?, Rascally Rabbit, Badass Adorable, The Resenter, The Rival''

==History==
