Within Fluorgis, merriment was prominent inside the pub. Laughter and cheers were spread and people danced. The atmosphere was filled with jovial spirits.

Amongst the members were the Shard Seekers, including Reize. However, in the midst of the fun, the boy saw someone in particular passby. The way that the white robe draped around, he could had sworn that the cloth that draped out beckoned him to follow.

"I'll be back."

Reize departed from his friends and ran to pursue person.

His trip took him over to the large bridge. Once he stepped foot on the bridge, the person who he searched for was not there. Instead, a box was left on the rails. Approaching the railing, he took the box and examined it.

"'Congratulations'," read Reize. He squinted with confusion, then he opened the box in excitement. "I wonder what's inside!" For a brief moment, a made a face. "...Wish the person did not leave like that." As he opened the box, it revealed to be a music box. "...Wow! I think we could use one of these at the HQ.

He cranked it up and it started to play a familiar song.

His eyes widen as the tune rung in his ears, that brighten smile quickly faded as his jaw gaped. As the tune continued, his mind reflected into the depths of vague memories.

While he was too young to remember, the boy could see the stars glistening in the air. As he stared, that same tune with a soft voice became familiar. In fact, the boy had the same encounter when he met ADAM back at the Withered Spire. A message was left for him.

With a thunk, the music box rolled along the ground. The wooden bridge was stained with a few droplets of liquid. As Reize continues to gaze into nothingness, tears swelled along his eyes.

He always had to be the strong one. He always had to be the dependable one for his friends. The leader of the Shard Seekers. Even when he wanted to leave to pursue his own dreams and find her, he had to stay due to his responsibility.

Even Reize had a breaking point.

He dropped on both knees, his body slumped over.

"...Why-Why won't you come and see me? Why won't you see your own son? I don't even know what you look like... What kind of mother doesn't want to see her own son...?!"

He wanted to just be alone in his weaken state, just to sob as a wreck.
