:'''[[LEXUS|Dr. Anton Sevarius]] has posed:'''<br><span></span>The Labyrinth stretches on and on. <br /><br />The legacy of Cyberbiotics lies in the depths of the Labyrinth like a bloated spider in its web, the materials and resources here a vast wealth for any scavenger. But no one comes here, because those who come here generally never return.<br /><br />The corridors are metal here, the modern laboratory settings lit with harsh flourescent lights, the once-sterile scents of a lab replaced with an edge of decay and disuse. The halls are, however, clean of dust, strangely enough.<br /><br />Talon helps lead you all to the Cyberbiotics facility. The wounded Mutate doesn't speak on the trip, mostly leading the way for the group through presence.<br /><br />Finally, he stops at several doors and halls. "Through there. I saw Fang slipping in there a few times, but I never did myself. No one else who's gone this far has ever come back. I know that's where the Heartless are going." He looks to the others present. "I'll help you guys how I can, but I'm not able to fight much right now."<br /><br />The looming security doors stand before you all, daring you to enter.<br /><br />That is, until a speaker turns on with a metallic buzz. "Oh, so we have visitors! And so many!" <br /><br />Talon's yellow eyes widen. "You! Doctor Sevarius!" <br /><br />"Oh, you remember me! Excellent. Do come in, we have so much to... catch up on." Doors hiss open, remotely controlled as the way opens forward.

:'''[[Avira]] has posed:'''<br><span></span>Cyberbiotics? In here? <br /><br />Avira's interest in the assault against Manhattan continues, doubly so with the introduction of kidnapped aid workers. Aid workers! That still completely breaks her heart. She is quiet like a sentinel as she follows after Talon, not attempting to ask the betrayed mutate any questions. Even though she really /wants/ to right now. <br /><br />Finally, they arrive at the facility and Avira seems pretty amazed. What other secrets lie in the sewers of New York City?! Were the situation not what it was, Avira would be far more excited. <br /><br />At the doors, she draws her sword, ready to apply some percussive maintenance upon them when that voice comes on. She pauses, then slowly looks to Talon as he speaks that name, eyes widening in...recognition? "Doctor Sevarius?" Slightly shellshocked now, the huntress strides through the now open doors. <br /><br />"Alright!" she bellows, "Where are they?! Where are the people?"

Its not so bad, it makes more friends at least. People she could possibly call upon if she run into problems at some points. Which may happens. Avalanche isn't really doing any operations, but when it does, who knows.<br /><br />Plus she owes a few favors to Xanatos, and if she can make the city safer, it will help when she branches out her Seventh Heaven, as Xanatos so graciously offered her as well. <br /><br />"So what's cyberbiotics? They had to go forward, break his butt, and then proceed to find these people and stop the heartless. <br /><br /> Will Sherman enters the lap, "I'm Will Sherman of the TDA, I have some questions, Sevarius, specifically, what the hell are you doing with the heartless!" he demands. "They aren't something anyone should be messing with!" Will comments.

The speakers reply. <br /><br />The laboratory is well-furnished and bears signs of low-scale remodeling. There are a series of containment units on one side of the room, their observation areas closed. Complex equipment lines the walls, and a 'slightly-used' medical table dominates the center of the room, with an array of materials laid out next to it. There's even a Jacob's Ladder over in the corner, a required decoration for any self-respecting 'eccentric scientist'. Sevarius himself stands next to a console, clad in a white coat and wearing thick black gloves. "Oh, you want the people?" He smiles. They're right here. <br /><br />He pulls a lever, and the observation areas open, revealing the kidnapped people, the Hearts Intertwined kidnapees, as well as several Labyrinth dwellers. They're surrounded by strange, undulating black bars, like that of a cage, behind the observation unit viewing area. <br /><br />"I might be convinced to hand them over..." He smiles. "In exchange for a small donation of genetic material, perhaps?" He holds up a syringe. "It would come in handy in my efforts to research the Heartless and their own... fascinating... nature." He hits another lever, and the other observation area opens. <br /><br />This one is packed with Heartless. Many of them appear to be altered, mutated in strange ways. "The advancement of science won't be stopped by the likes of you."

However...<br /><br />A low growl emits through the air, before a shadow casts across the wall near by. The shadow had a feline like face, with wings stretched out back. The low growl emits again, but only becoming louder, slowly becoming a laugh; a mad laugh. As the shadow starts to move, a form starts to come into view.<br /><br />From the shape, it is Fang, but something has happened to him. The dark brown fur has become solid raven black. Massive claws extend from his fingers like large talons. Those once golden cat like eyes, glow like flames against the dark fur. His wings just as black as the fur over his humanoid body, but with the flaps ripped and holed near the bottom.<br /><br />Then there was a tail that actually extended out that was almost blue at the tip with a devil like spear tip. His feline like ears were also far more longer and something about that sharp tooth smile looked far more feral then it has ever been before.<br /><br />"I am so glad you could come...friends.. but picking on the poor doctor like that.." He says with a growl still in his voice, crouching down low to the ground as the tail sways back and forth. "We were just getting ready to have the main feast!" Then pushing off the ground charging at several people, the Dark Fang lunges for his pray; claws extended and mouth wide open to take a bite out of them!

She looks at him as she struggles to get back her spell book in hand and there's a small surge of wind as she's preparing to cast a spell she lets lose magic that will sap and otherwise rup into the dark Mutate. He can not help but grin that toothy grin at Deidra at her comment. "I guess that depends on who you ask!"<br /><br />He watches Tifa as she comes in to try and counter weight flip the far larger creature, "Your funny!" He bellows out not amused at first by her actions. However Tifa throws him into the wall, but he recovers quickly as his tail attempts to knock her back.<br /><br />Then with a large leap off the ground, he goes to move away from Tifa, to in the direct line of fire of Will. He raises up his wings around himself to block the incoming attack, the strings; or whatever it was; slicing only barely through the odd membranes of what has become of the wings, him only chuckling lightly as his wings fan back out. "That tickled." he remarks with a growl.<br /><br />However then comes in the spell, which he uses his wing once more to take the impact; which seems to absorb it, as he chuckles mildly, until Brooklyn's tail trips him up with an 'Ouf'.<br /><br />Dark Fang quickly gets back up on all fours, his claws digging into the ground as his fur on his back bristles up, before he just continues to 'smile' now at Brooklyn's direction. I will take Maggie's heart and feast upon it!! Better yet.. WHILE YOU WATCH!!"<br /><br />Then he slams down onto the ground sending out dark energy in his wake to those he fights, before rushing to each of them with angry slashes, kicks, and tail lashings.

He chuckles, loading a clip of darts filled with ominous-looking compounds. "I have a new sequence that I would like to test. Or rather, the fact that Sevarius didn't lock the computer since he wasn't away from it. A fatal mistake, perhaps. Ridiculously complicated genetic sequences and other information flies past on the screen, as well as a file that apparently contains Sevarius' observations of the Heartless, research logs on experimentation on the people of the Labyrinth... and several recordings. What data would Avira like to look at first?

She hears what he's saying she looks at him as he states what he will do she's mad. She hasn't met maggie but anyone thinking of doing something like this? It enraged her, her fangs are beared and her eyes are glowing red again as she starts to defected his attacks using her arms renvolved with some sort of matgical field and the dark energy doesn't seem to effect her. It passes abotu her like a rock in the tide that's whens he starts castings. Winds assails Fang, howling energy winds as she keeps chanting jagged bolts of ice joins them as she attempts to impale him and strike him down then the winds pick up to try to juggle him back up into the air. <br /><br /> "You will not have your way."

Will starts as Dark Fang stands in the way of his attack, Will's manipulations were aimed at someone else...and thus harder to change the strings of fate on a different target at random. Will breaks through it, hurting, but not before his hand reaches out to randomly wither strings that he can touch. <br /><br /> The dart from the good doctor ...smashes into a piece of debries thrown up by Dark Fang, seemingly at random as he turns his head towards the doctor...but how could he even know? Without hesitating, he moves to take advantage of the doctor moving from cover, his hand moving to jab punch him right in the bridge of his nose. <br /><br /> But Will doesn't stop, he swings again, and again, the first aiming to punch him right in the chest, before a second kick aims to send him into the ground. <br /><br /> Once more he hits the man's strings again, seemingly at random. <br /><br /> "The more arrogant they are, the harder I HIT!"

He roars out as he picks himself back up from the ground, holding a hand over the injured spot for a moment, before turning back towards Fang, "You won't lay a finger on her, Fang. That much I swear!"<br /><br /> Brooklyn dives in again towards Fang, rolling as he hits the ground and coming up under his opponent. He pushes off with his powerful legs, trying to carry Fang into the air, releasing him at the top of his jump and pulling back to swing both hands together in a powerful axe handle strike.

:'''[[Avira]] has posed:'''<br><span></span>Clearly Will's hobo fury prevented the untimely locking of the computer. Avira is happy to play with the delicious, delicious data left for the reading while she has the chance. Straight up genetic sequences are pretty meaningless to her, especially without some context or notes to back them up. She goes straight for his notes, queuing up one of the recordings while she starts to search the immediate area for a stray floppy disk or two. (Hello nineties.) <br /><br />Since Sevarius is a mad scientist, she assumes that he's got this place wired to explode in some fashion. Best to figure out how to take this all with her! <br /><br />Her search is rudely interrupted when one of the mutated parasite cage's chompy arms snakes over and closes down upon her, yanking her into the air. The Heartless will find the short huntress to be a tasty morsel indeed.<br /><br />Avira shrieks in surprise, wiggling and thrashing. Having sheathed the spine earlier, she's in no position to stab her way out and instead wrenches her arm free and sticks it deep into its mouth, unleashing several blasts of ice magic. That magic certainly seems stronger than what Avira's used before...practice maybe?

:'''[[CHIEF|Dark Fang]] has posed:'''<br><span></span>Tifa casts some magic, this gets Fang's attention for a moment. Those flaming gold orbs as eyes can just be felt staring right at her. However this attention was quickly turned away as Will got the better end with a returning blow.<br /><br />Fang snarls in annoyance "Why you..."<br /><br />However whatever thought process was going through Fang's head at the time quickly ends as Deidra comes in with a magical spell that pings up into the roof and then slams him into the ground. He grunts, shaking his head a bit as he tries to get back up, buuuut...<br /><br />Here comes Brooklyn.<br /><br />The red gargoyle slams him /yet again/ into the air and smashes him around up there. The best that Fang can do at this moment is open his wings and try to get away from the brutal strikes that Brooklyn delivers in his anger, though Fang does reply with a roar; no words this time.<br /><br />Then with his body almost becoming a solid black ink, he goes to dive Brooklyn to the ground by attempt to bit into his shoulder, dragging him down with the fall. However, Brooklyn or not, on the impact with the ground. Fang moves out from the impact spot, wracking his claws for his target in a feral madness.<br /><br />That grin was gone and those eyes were only glowing brighter yellow. Though one could almost hear in the growl, '..hunger..'.

Maneuvering his way around behind Sevarius, he holds out his claws and grabs ahold of the doctor, to help Avira shake some information out of him, quite literally, "You've lost, Sevarius! Call off your monsters and fix what you've done!" He digs in with his claws, just to emphisize his point.
