= Profile = Rosemarie is an oddity: a stray dark elf, first of all, and second a self-proclaimed “magical benefactor”. The latter of these, she claims, is a more appropriate term for “fairy godmother”--Rosemarie, you see, offers her services (both magical and mundane) for those seeking to live happily ever after either through her direct intervention or through the magical goods peddled through her shop. As a businesswoman, however, Rosemarie does this at a nominal fee--either monetary, service, or occasionally something a little more mystical--but she values herself on professional dealings that complete a contract honestly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Presenting herself as a kind, almost grandmotherly figure, Rosemarie is pleasant and cheerful to deal with even when negotiating the most serious of contracts. Still, there’s occasionally that little something that seems off--as though she’s maybe a little too nice, or too much like an old-fashioned witch in her choice of dress and decorating. Or that might just be when you cross her. = Skills = The Fairy Godmother (or is it The Witch?), Happy Endings for Sale, Some Assembly Required, Knowledge: Arcane Lore, Spellcraft, Spellcasting, Hexes, Potion-Making, Cooking, Cleaning, Customer Service, Microeconomics, Management, Retirement Planning(?), Many Faces, Godmothering Takes Many Skills, Will Tan Your Hide if She has to, Bringing Victorian Fashion Back,Including the Corset, But That's No Bustle, Child-Bearing Hips, Aren't You Scrumptious, I Could Just Eat You Up, Strictly Humanitarian, To Serve Man(?) =Madame Rosemarie's Magical Assistance and Consulting= Rosemarie's shop in District 1 is an unusual place. It most accurately resembles a cross between an apothecary and an antique shop, and carries an assortment of potions, trinkets, and assorted magical goods to meet a variety of needs. It also, notably, has dedicated meeting space on the second floor where Rosemarie deals with clients in her office to sort out special arrangements for customers wanting more help than a simple brew or a charm. <b>Consulting</b><br> All of Rosemarie's work in that regard is done by pre-arranged contract. If the contract needs to be adjusted that is done by meeting and with full-notice to all parties. Rosemarie, unlike some individuals, tries to be very clear on her conditions and honors fairness. At the same time, she expects individuals to read their contracts clearly and has little sympathy for someone who is ignorant of clauses and then tries to call them unfair. Unlike some less reputable 'fairy godmothers', Rosemarie understands that fairy tale endings don't make themselves just by a bit of pixie dust. She tends to meticulously plan everything from weddings to general living arrangements to child-rearing if it's necessary. She can be a little bit pushy, but she tends to get results. <b> Magical Assistance </b><br> Rosemarie offers a plethora of potions, charms, and enchantments. If she does not have something in stock, clients are encouraged to ask her. 'Special orders' cost extra, but there are few requests (within reason) that Rosemarie can't replicate given the proper time, ingredients, and payment. She's no miracle-worker, and there are certainly things that [[Hades|some people]] can do that are well beyond her--but Rosemarie prides herself on being a spell-caster and alchemist of exceptional skill. = Relationships = [[Dameon]]: "Dameon is such a sweetheart. He's out a lot these days running errands for me and traveling about, but the darlin' never fails to check in and see if I need anythin'."
