− | === Personality ===
| |
| | | |
− | Despite being what one would call a 'Healer' Or a 'White Mage', Morrighan has absolutely none of sweetness or kindness that a healer usually possesses. She is haughty, demanding, quick to look down on others, and quite spoiled overall. Despite that though, her healing skills are top notch. She has saved many a soul on the brink of death with her curative abilities. Being that she is a healer, she will rarely refuse to help an injured person. Just don't expect soothing words of comfort after the fact. She just may be kinder than she first appears however. After all, someone who heals cannot inherently hate people, can they?

− | === Background ===
| |
− |
| |
− | Not quite sure of her birthplace, Morrighan never really had a real idea of who exactly she was. As a child she was found by an adventurer who happened to be an elf. Unable to leave her behind, the man took her with him back to Elfheim once he retired, electing to raise the girl as his own daughter. The people of Elheim never took well to Morrighan's appearance, being of dark skin, and considered her to be an ill omen. Thus she never had many friends and adults wanted nothing to do with her. This caused Morrighan to grow up deprived, wanting, and angry. Her father, seeing her plight, did his best to try and provide for her what other people wouldn't, but despite his best efforts, it always seemed like there was a greater power out to thwart his attempts.

− | The only saving grace Morrighan ever found was in the church. The local healer was a kind woman who looked down on no one. Not even her. Thus, Morrighan wound up sticking to her. The healer did not mind in the least and took it upon herself to teach the girl about the art of healing and holy magic. Something that ran contrary to the believe that Dark Elves were capable only of destruction. Happy to have at least two people in her life that cared about her, Morrighan would have been content as she was.

− | However, on one particular night, a group of rather overzealous youths decided that they would do their community a favor by ousting the 'Dark Omen' or from their homes and protect their people. They gathered outside her father's home, demanding that he hand over his daughter, for the good of all Elfheim. Needless to say, he refused. And that was when they struck, attacking her father and setting fire to their home. Things soon got out of hand and the fire began to spread. Those reckless youths ran off with their tails between their legs once things got serious, leaving Morrighan and her father within the burning house. With the structure falling apart and fire and smoke everywhere, Morrighan's father knew that he wouldn't make it out alive. With his last breath, he thrust her to the safety of the outside, leaving him to remain as the house collapsed in on itself.

− | In the aftermath of that incident, of which the flames were routed before it got much worse, it was decided that, while those foolish boys who thought it would be a good idea to start such a fire would be punished, that Morrighan must leave Elfheim as well. They said it was for her own safety and that it would be best for everyone if she no longer remained there. Lest another incident like this happen again. The village Healer, the one who taught Morrighan tried to come to her defense, but no one would hear it. Thus, after burying her father, she paid her farewells to the woman that had taught her so much, she set out into the world.
| |
− |
| |
− | It was then that Morrighan would spend her time traveling the world, doing her best to make the best of the life that was spared for her. Despite her anger at the world, she would continue to work as a healer, having remembered her teacher's words all the while. Time would inevitably pass. A lot of time. Far too much time actually. The world would continue to change, kingdoms would rise and fall with the passage of time, yet her own time remained still.
| |
− |
| |
− | Eventually though, the world began to descend into darkness. No one is quite sure when it all began but they cause was obvious enough. The Heartless. These creatures of darkness terrorized all living things. The people of the world were scattered and easily defeated. And thus the darkness enveloped everything. ...Well, almost.
| |
− |
| |
− | Awakening in a new world with no solid idea of just where she was or what was happening, Morrighan set out on her own to explore this new world. Happening upon Baron, located in what was now known as the World of Ruin, a world made up of the fragments of many, she was offered a position in their military, in lieu of the missing Rosa. Deciding that it was much more beneficial to serve Baron than to wander alone, Morrighan easily accepted, now using her powers for benefit of Baron's ambitions...for now.

− | === Abilities ===
| |
− |
| |
− | Morrighan is strictly a mage. She possesses all manner of holy and time magic. She primarily uses her abilities to heal others of wounds and mental afflictions as well as strengthening allies. However, she is capable of performing offensive magical spells, though that is not her priority.
| |
− |
| |
− | Considering her rather extreme disparity between Magical and Physical stats, it goes without saying that she should not be fighting one on one. ...Or fighting at all perhaps. But alas, what happens, happens no?
