I play everything by ear. If I'm comfortable with something, I'll go with it. If I'm not, I won't. Anything that is fanon-related, whether powers or the character's nature(as in, is not elaborated upon within the source material in specific ways) will remain undefined unless I volunteer of my own free will to establish the particular mechanics of said things, and play them to the letter as they were described in my application that was approved. I will try to be open-minded and give everyone a chance, as long as I receive respect and civility; failing that, I will allow those who don't like my style to live in peace, and go their own separate way, as opposed to threatening harm upon the person for refusing to be compatible with me, or my character. I am here to add to the community, and not to subtract from it. If you express displeasure at my presence, you are free to explain to me why you feel as such, and to offer /constructive/ criticism, but please be prepared for a rebuttal, and as stated before, anyone who loses their temper or reacts immaturely will probably be barred from communication, since I disagree with envenomation of the atmosphere of professional discourse. Most of us who are on this game are adults. I will treat everyone like an adult until they have demonstrated they deserve otherwise. I believe this is the respectful thing to do. And, finally, I want to say that I hope everyone here is able to do whatever they need to do to get by, whether that involves endorsing me, or rejecting me. I do not expect the whole world to be my friend; this goes for the online one, as well. You have a right to feel about me as you please, as long as you honor my privacy, should I ask for it. I do not condemn malicious thought, just misbehavior. ....And even then, I /try/ to show some tolerance. Good luck to you all in your endeavors; if you believe you would enjoy interacting with me or my characters, regardless of who you are, or who I might have had misgivings with in the past, I am offering everybody a clean slate.
