Do the contents of the world change it, or does it change them? If both belong to the sequence stemming from the fundamental orchestrator, I cannot fathom how any entity might have a superior gravity of influence over those contiguous to itself.

Receiving assistance from Artemis in learning how to decipher the native language used in the Chinese countryside.

History

Blivon's family had decent rapport with the house of Eurus, and through these connections, he befriended Artemis early on. When she went off to the academy, he was transferred to Orbonne, despite having wished he'd spoken of the flame he held for her, but instead, he sought to become purged of his impurity so that he could live a more just life, treating all as equals. Seeing through the fabricated tapestry placed before his vision, the church tried to silence him, by grossly exaggerating horrid portrayals of his deeds so that they resembled sacrilege; a trial then ensued. Fleeing before sentence, in the knowledge that the proceedings were rigged from the start, he was aided by an order of druids who dwelt quietly within the forests, where they could not so easily be oppressed or abolished by decree of the High Confessor, until Blivon became illuminated to the ways of wood, stream, and stone, endowing him with new wisdom paired up with abilities that would allow him to help heal the wounds of the world, if providence saw fit to shine upon him.

Personality

Poised and acceptant towards the world at large, for the most part, one thing Blivon tries to do is to steer his environment into a direction that is less geared towards eternal suffering. He still possesses enthusiasm, as well as the other kinds of sensitivities that others have, albeit on a significantly weaker scale. Blivon has a universal tolerance towards all people, in that he'll refrain from dealing harm to them if at all possible, preferring, instead, to defend or heal until he is devoid of all reserve strength to continue to resist bombardment. Although he's incredibly fatalistic, he simultaneously endorses intervention in the activities of the surrounding world, in the hopes that balance is achievable, and that his compulsions will make a difference in the long run, even if he's not entirely sure he's consciously making many decisions. As a shaman, he has a strong proclivity towards spirituality, and though he doesn't embrace too many specific subsets within his denomination, leaving him with a very vague ideology, he feels that in its emptiness, therein contains the expansiveness that can more easily adhere to the reality. That said, he tries to be optimistic, since he feels that the things he feels or acknowledges as truth are inescapable, but also, destined to be temporal, and he cannot account for the future in depth, meaning that it serves little purpose to fret or agonize over what may never come to pass. Contradictorily, he still puts forth a lot of effort to prepare for the worst-case scenario, in defiance of the fact that he doesn't actually /expect/ things to go well, or perhaps poorly. Regardless of all this, he still indulges every so often in worldly pleasures, very scarcely, but only at the behest of another's insistence, since abstinence is his general attitude towards gratification; his belief is that decadence and addiction go hand in hand with even just the subtlest of extravagance. One of the only things he allows himself to be attached to, is the advocation of the continued health of Artemis... but, beyond her, he's almost totally egalitarian towards all those across whose path he treads.

Philosophical Standpoint

As a result of believing that all things are inherently part of one another, because he subscribes to the ripple effect, Blivon is somewhat devoid of the kind of extremity of emotional impulsivity seen in other entities. His view is that only by virtue of the restriction of one's sensations as it applies to one's perception of where their form begins, or ends, that the actuality of one's physical composition is arbitrary, ergo, those forms which one is numb to, aren't necessarily negated as being an extension of oneself. With it being in mind that the cessation of one thing and the generation of the next both being completely tentative, in his view, there's little reason to harbor extreme prejudice for or against anyone else, therefore, negative emotions such as fear, hate, or envy, have a weak grip over his psychosis. On the other hand, he tries not to get too entrenched in the positive, as well, for fear of it being thereby being deprived, thus resulting in said negative emotions. Blivon does indeed still feel pain and pleasure, though, he doesn't attribute these phenomena to his 'true self', although he still has the notion of his existence being legitimate somewhat ingrained in his mind, since he's still a newcomer to the particular order of druidic teachings to which he's affiliated himself. For the reasons listed, it's virtually impossible to dissuade him using intimidatory methods, but on exceedingly rare occasions, promissory media may persuade him to act against his better judgement- the odds of this transpiring are still astronomically unfavorable.

Abilities

Druidic Prowess

Blivon can 'feel' organisms in his environment, especially plants, in turn allowing him to decipher whether the nearby life is laden in sickness or health. He dislikes machinery, or necrotic entities such as undead, and is sensitive to perversions against the natural order. Due to his deep seated connection with the world's aura, he has an aversion towards the more destructive forces it offers, which are elements of ice(cessation of movement, life), shadow(absence of light intake, malnourishment of plants and most animals), and fire(all-out consumption/incineration of protein/oxygen). In a forest, Blivon has no equal, and can vanish or appear as easily as breathing, with an extremely low chance of his movements being detectable by standard sensory powers or magic alike, but in mechanized atmospheres, he's out of his element, and can quickly become confused or distracted. He prefers homeopathic medicines, and excels in elixirs that maintain or restore youthful appearance, albeit without really prolonging one's lifespan by much.... then, last, but not least, just as he suffers more in frigid places, areas teeming with true life invigorate him, and he sustains a bit less damage from nature/earth elemental attacks.

General Combat

Blivon prefers to wear out, or exhaust his opponents, when in combat situations, through his considerable endurance that's paired up with natural tough defense and some scant, erratically positioned pieces of armor. In scenarios that accommodate, he'll call upon his geomancy or summoning to petition his environment, or its inhabitants, to aid him, or his allies. This ranges from conjuring up skunks, avians, and even unicorns, who tend to be highly elusive, or secretive. Not using blades or spikes, he prefers blunted tools to do his malicious bidding, in the hopes of hamstringing his enemies, without having to actually slaughter them. His prime directive lies in supporting allies, healing them, and boosting their defenses, but when in a solo match, he'll do the same for himself, while occasionally administering blows; as a universal rule, Blivon likes to cause assailants to find tedium in trying to outlast him, courtesy of his giving preference to prolonging battles with healing measures or protocols, so most of the time, he hopes that he can bore his opponents into submission or retreat, unless they are truly so dead-set on harming him that they'll linger around until the end of time, hoping to slowly wear down his vitality. His defense and magic defense are unrivaled, which means anyone hoping to tackle him is going to have to make a serious commitment.

Toughness Boost

Blivon is physically very resilient, and able to replicate astounding feats that are normally characteristic only to powerhouses such as Hu Qiong, who hails from the world of Manhattan. He can withstand incredible amounts of punishment before collapsing, and can lift things that are beyond the scope of most humans' capacity in hoisting, even those falling in the same range of enormity which he does. Every so often, when experiencing duress, there are evident signs that he's beginning to buckle, such as the occasional grunt, or grind of molars, if not a small yelp, as well, on a very intermittent basis(typically only if cold attacks are involved), however, if he persists in healing himself perpetually, a lot of sound and fury may be issued, and yet all of it, in the end, signifying almost nothing.

Magic Defend Up

This augmentation comes from countless years of learning defensive, as well as restorative, or preventative magics. Blivon has a higher rate of defusing the effects of status attacks sent his way, besides a having a nice aegis against damage-based mystical attacks. It's not guaranteed to repel all physiological ailments every single time, but it certainly gives him an extraordinary edge when contrasted against the potential of the masses.

Hyper-Narcolepsy

Blivon can unwillingly, or else voluntarily succumb to a comatose state from which he cannot be awoken by external factors; when he awakens is unpredictable, which means that he may perk up in a matter of minutes, or he may pull a Rip Van Winkle and doze for years, but the latter has not yet happened.

Demoction

Blivon can see through the disguises of Reaver demons and Undead folk, even if they look like ordinary humankind. This doesn't apply to higher ranked demons like Archaics and Ultimas, or even Lucavi, but he can pick up their aura and distinguish it from other types of monsters/beings/etc.

Cryophobia

Despising cold, Blivon is slightly weak to ice-elemental damage, and it also stings him more than other types of attacks.
