[Note: DEFINITELY CANON, just chibified]

The Bare Desert's weather was horrid. The heat as hot as a close furnace and just as oppressing. It had been quite a day for those who wandered along along the desert. Yet, there was a promise of a hunt in the desert...

The hunt went well for the chibified 'Boy With The Long Yellow Scarf'. He caught his meal, a sandcrab. It was a simple little morsel that had been cooked off.

MUNCH!

Biting into it, the boy happily chewed and nibbled.

Skitterskitterskitter.

Reize turned around, looking to see that there was nothing around. Shrug. He continued to walk along back to the town.

Skitterskitterskitter.

He turned around once more. Still nothing. He shrugged and continued his way back to the town.

Skitterskitterskitter.

The antenna hair twitched and Reize turned over with an annoyed look, "Oiii, what is the commoti---...." His voice trailed off as a large army of sandcrabs gathered around the boy. But looking down at the boy was a large mother sandcrab. One of the other smaller crabs pointed at the boy, who held the roasted crab in his hand.

"Eh heh heh----..." The eyes of the giant crab glowered at the boy as fury drove her. The adventurer could only quiver...

"...I told you not to venture out alone, geez Reize!" Shiki facepalmed, moving to the counter to get more bandages.

Reize was in the bed back at the Shard Seeker HQ, looking quite beaten up. Lily had wrapped up Reize like a mummy while Lenn was trying to fix Lily's attempt. The boy lowered his head with comical river of tears running along his eyes.

"...I was hungry."

"Behold, the Mighty Desert Adventurer." Riku was leaning against the door, shaking his head, "... You never cease to amaze me, Seatlan."
