| Alexandria is both a nation and the capital of that nation that once resided on the planet of Gaia. It is a large kingdom centered on a plateau in the Southern Continent. A monarchy, it is ruled by Queen Brahne Raza Alexandros XVI. Alexandria is well-known for its all-female army led by General Beatrix and a group of male knights in charge of protecting the city, known as the Knights of Pluto led by Captain Adelbert Steiner.
Desiring to rule more land, and jealous of the technological advancement of Lindblum - Queen Brahne starts another war while manipulated by Kuja. Using both the power of the Black Mages, and the Heartless, they decimate Burmecia. They were just about to mobilize against Cleyra, before the world was devoured into darkness. When they came back into the light, they found themselves far closer to the Lindblum borders than comfortable. | |||
