Synopsis: Faruja and Deelel meet up in a Tavern in Cornelia to catch up on things and later head to Traverse Town and encounter certain missing champion of both Basics and the Users.
Cast of Characters: Deelel, TRON, Faruja Senra

Deelel has posed:
Deelel had been in this lands about the temple of Fiends since the incident with the prince. He's not woken up something is wrong certianly wrong but she's also got other things on her mind. The Grid, the deal with the Shinra. Her worlds fate the ones she left behind and finding out about a certain bounty. Derezing Riku will not /bring back/ the users he killed. The destruction of an entire system was horrofic when she thought about it how many other places like the grid existed in there...how many systems went into the dark with thier users? Still she's at the tavern in the city waiting on faruja.
Faruja Senra has posed:
If there's one thing Faruja needs, it's a drink. Walking into the tavern, dressed in his usual robes and armor, he's certainly looking worse-for-wear. The sight of a familiar, if eccentric, woman does at least someone brighten his mood. She had defended him, even when his own actions would better be questioned. Deel, so loyal and cautious. After his emotional moment with Reize, he's glad to get away from the boy for a while. They both need to cool down.

"If I may join you, Lady Deel." A bow, and a tired smile; put on for her benefit even if he doesn't feel it. Quickly, the rat procures glass and bottle of vodka. He doesn't want to think.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel nature had been pretty blatnely talked about by Garland when they confrtonted him in the temple and that's another thing on her mind. The way he'd said it like a basic was a thing and not a person. That ... bothered her and she couldn't explain why. "Please do, it's been a while. I heard somethingd I'd need to talk about." She pauses, looking at the bottle and seems amused. "It seems there's one things basics have in coming with users."
Faruja Senra has posed:
"Speak your mind, Lady Deel." Faruja's secret is out in the open; may as well air out what dirty laundry he has. For an Ajoran, it's surprisingly little.

A raised brow. "Your people are connisuers of drink as well?" A smile at that, genuine, as he chuckles. He'd finally gotten the idea into his head that the woman isn't human...though the specifics still fly over his medieval head. He throws back a shot, the first of many.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "So to speak, the concept of what this place is not alien at all to me. Though it's more how we humm I guess eat than anything. We don't consume ... whaty might pass as grid bugs for food. I admit that's still somewhat disturbing." She's not lying and she seems to be thinking "What happned in Manhattan...about what LEXUS really is even MCP..."
Faruja Senra has posed:
Faruja raises a fuzzy brow, one ear tilting. "...Bugs?" Poor, poor lost little Templar. He barely even knows what a computer is!

"I do not know. I have yet to encounter the man myself. Nor this 'MCP'. Can you describe them to me? Are they both set to conquer your world, as well as these ones? If they work with the Darkness, then they are my enemy."
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "MCP will not tolerate being anyone's puppet so far as I know. He is a ruthless being of order, his order. I doubt the chaos of th Shadow Lords would appeal to him at all. He is the main control program for the encom mainframe he's been comsuming other programs to gain more access rights and functons whild controling the rest. As for LEXUS? he's a virus, you'd refer to him...what do users call when their code becomes croupt? Cancer? He's canceours consumgs anything he finds useful abnd has also consumef some of the darkness he's become something more something frightening that's neitehr virus no demon but something worse."
Faruja Senra has posed:
Faruja can't help but be heartened by that news. "One less to group together. Good. Regardless, it seems this LEXUS is the greater threat for now. To consume so wholly? Fah. I know not what to call him, but he clearly must be destroyed. Do you know of any weaknesses? Surely he is a dangerous opponent."
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "Yes, he's also taken hold of the darkness. He's likely beyond anti viral run times at this point. He seems to be powered by the night." She frowns a little bit. "He's able to comand heartless with little effort there has to be something. In my world something always has his oppsite. There has to be something that could confront them."
Faruja Senra has posed:
Faruja thinks for a moment, throwing back another drink. Something occurs to him, and he turns to his friend. "...If there is an opposite in your world, then we simply must find it. 'Tis still possible to travel there? Mayhap if we search, we may find the counterpart to this 'LEXUS'." He suggests, before pouring the Program a drink.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "I need to start looking for someone else. If there is one basic from my world who can help? The last system security program left untaited by MCP. He could help us but we will need more. His name...is Tron. He's the last hope so many of the grid have...He was never broken, he never recanted." She shakes her head a little bit accepting the drink. "I'm concerned for you. I heard you had to be pulled from the dying city. Faruja? The nature of what they fight they are user space viri. They break you down croupt you. That is how they work...to give in is to let them win..."
Faruja Senra has posed:
"TRON, is it? Security program...some sort of soldier or rebel? Mmm. I shall watch for him. But we must make an effort to oppose LEXUS if we should find him."

Then there's mention of Manhattan. Faruja's tail slackens. "...I could now allow that foolish Dark Knight to die alone. While I do not trust him, such an act of atonement cannot go unwitnessed." The Templar raises his chin a touch self-righteously.

"No. My soul belongs to the Lord's and no others'. Least of all some Witch techno-mage."
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "Security progerams are tasked to keep the grid operation put down grid bugs, delete virus, round up stray programs." She nots looking at Faruja "You want to do something about it keep fighting, don't give in to how they want to play the game. That's what I told Sark. I could have got out all I had to was recant that Users existed. I could not, I have recived commands from my user. How could I deny what made me? Then do not fall rage can lead you down a bad place...you have to keep strong. I had been concerned since the moment I saw the bounty posting. That they were getting to you, Trusting Riku again? That's just being a null unit. He has to live with what he's done. That's greater punnishment than anything we could do."
Faruja Senra has posed:
"Mmm, I see. Then he would be known as a Knight to my people; a protector of the innocent. Hunter of brigands, bandits, and the like."

Then the speech comes. Faruja sets his jaw. "Perhaps so, perhaps not. Yet, the fact remains that so long as he lives, he may yet strike again. He is a danger, Lady Deelel. My...actions were in haste, as Ser Seatlan proved to me. However, that does not change the fact that Riku simply cannot be allowed to continue his operations. He has felled one world. He may well do so again. 'Tis not a chance I have any intention of taking. More to the point, those fallen have yet had justice done to him. My hands are bound, Deelel. He is a Heretic. 'Tis my duty to pursue him."
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "Is he do not let it consume you Faruja. Maybe i'm gltiching daring to chosing to try to follow in his foot steps. I'm just an media program I wasn't made to fight." She grimaces "I'm all the grid has here in this world to protect it, you know Lexus was going to let me run, and condem the rest of my world to save my self...it's funny." She shakes her head a bit. "You need to think about it, I do wish to see justice done not vengance. Don't hate the viris hate what they do. We should depart to Traverse town we should start resarching if anything's there that's the place to start."
Faruja Senra has posed:
"'Made'? Please. You make of yourself what you will. I was once a mere farmer, Deel. And yet, I am now a Knight. You are free to pursue any path you wish." He encourages, the Burmecian swiftly finishing off antoher shot.

"Nay, I shall not give into temptation. 'There is no victory without honor'. I suppose I should remember my own words. Yes, let us go." Quickly, he pays, standing...and makes off with the bottle, holding the door for Deelel.

Ominously, he doesn't respond about not hating Riku. Sadly, that ship already sailed.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "That's something you need to understand Faruja. From the moment we are rezzed we know what our purppose is, what we were made to do. We don't ... do this children thing you users do. I woke up for the first time, i'll be like this if I ever am derezzed now lets go. I can give us a lift, hope you like going fast...."
Deelel has posed:
The Grid was all right sure but for how long, and the User's space was at risk too. Deelel had been talking to Faruja elewhere but they'd realised they need to start going to rearch the heartless so back to tranverse town. Deelel has offered a ride on the light cycle she had and the dark blue craft was slowly heading down one of the streets in the town. Giving off that wine all programs would know so well... "You know they made us fight eachother on these...."
Faruja Senra has posed:
Behind Deel, the Templar can't help but look just a bit uncomfortable. He'd never been a fan of mechanical transportation, and this form of it was simply off putting. But only for his friend's sake, and ease of speaking, has he ridden on the blasted thing instead of arista. "...Disgusting. And all for this MCP's amusement? Blood sports are a sign of utter depravity. Shades of Treno." Shudder.
Faruja Senra has posed:
Also for ease of drinking; Faruja is tipping back a half full bottle of vodka.
TRON has posed:
A man is walking down the street, his appearance easily blending in with whomever happens to be walking on the sidewalks at this time. He does, however, pause mid-step as he hears the familiar whine of a Light Cycle long before it would actually come into view. Readjusting the glasses on his face and releasing a long exhale, he slips into a nearby alley to avoid the Light Cycle...

Only to come face-to-face with mural art on the side of a building. Mural art of red-lined Recognizers swooping over a distinctly technological city traced with blue. The sight freezes him in place, his already-pale face turning completely white, and his black-gloved hands subconsciously clench into fists.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel says "No he didn't care. It was a method to dispose of us or get us to get in step with his world view. Sark was the one who enjoyed watching us fight. He's more ruthless than most military programs I knew of. I think you may have had enough Faruja. The games have also been used as a form of excution but this isn't right." Hell there's reasons for it it's just how programs are they can be very focused on their own surival. "Also the games are not always lethal. Almost all of them can be played as actual games. I actually enjoyed playing them, it's fun! So you said there's a data cashe where we can start looking for information on the Heartless?"

Deelel realises she's near one of her artworks and considers something "I want to show you Faruja, it's something I did, an image of where I'm from."

The machine comes to a halt and starts to derezz abou the two. Faruja should have no trouble keepin his feet. She snags the rod before it falls attaching it to her hip.

"Come it's this way..."

She has no clue someone's looking at it, let alone whom is.
Faruja Senra has posed:
Hic. "F...fine." Faruja lets the bottle drop, shattering unceremoniously. Frown. "Mmm. Yes, a library. I doubt it will have anything, but 'tis possible."

Faruja follows along, the Templar swaying his tail. As they come across the mural, his single eye first glances over the mural, and the technological city. "Lord in heaven! Manhattan and Lindblum are as mere stone huts by comparison!" Someone's impressed.
TRON has posed:
The man, though still mildly shaken, recomposes himself just in time for Deelel and Faruja to show up. He shifts back slightly, unnoticed for now, and folds his hands together behind the small of his back. He notes them for now, his head tilting downwards slightly and peering a bit over his glasses at Deelel in particular. He does not know her specifically, but he does recognize what she is.

He says nothing in greeting or even acknowledgement, his own gaze almost unwillingly returning to the scene painted before them. The artist certainly did an excellent job capturing the moment, he has to admit.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel smiles at her friend. "No all are just as amazing, I could have never envisioned the materials either were made out even existing to be honest. It seems our world do have some things in comon." She's about to carry on a bit more when she notices another person looking at her art and she grins. "Greetings! I didn't think anyone would be looking at this, I wanted to show my friend here it. I'm glad some people are stopping to take a look."
Faruja Senra has posed:
Blame him not noticing TRON on that bottle of liquor. The tiny rat had drank a /lot/. "Ahh! My, my, good 'eve Ser! Quite beautiful, hmm? Such artistry, such workmanship! Lady Deelel is /truly/ an artisan worthy of praise. Why, if she but had a tail I would mistake her for one of my own kind!" He laughs, quite unsoberly. The Burmecian leans on the wall behind him.

"Oh, quite true. But your own wonders are unique, at any rate."
TRON has posed:
The man chuckles quietly, shifting his feet slightly. "It is very... striking," he confirms, focusing a little bit more at a corner. The artist's signature--'Deelel', is it? The name is unfamiliar to him, but he hardly knows everyone that has ever been programmed.

Faruja confirms Deelel's identity before he even asks and he smiles knowingly. "Such realism," he adds to Faruja's praise.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel sighs a little buit at Faruja, yes he's had enough of booze she'd only had one glass and sees it was a wise call. She's concerned for her friend but if he's not causing problems. "That's my ID, yes sir." She grins a little bit as she looks up at it. "Helps me not to forget home...I'm such a null unit sometimes..."
Faruja Senra has posed:
"Why, if I were to guess, 'tis first hand. Mmm. Terrifying, glorious...truly, art can portray so much more than mere words!" Faruja raises a single claw dramatically. Tilt tilt. The little rat nearly overbalances.

"Bah...you...you do yourself too little credit my friend! One must treasure their home. Particularly...when they have one left..." Wait for it, wait for it...thud! Yup, someone's had too much. The little Burmecian lands in an unglorious heap at Deel's feet. Snore. Snore. Not likely a good first impression.
TRON has posed:
The man turns towards Faruja as the poor Burmecian falls over completely smashed-drunk. He tilts his head noticeably, a mix of confusion and concern crossing his face, before he just shakes his head. "...That depends if it's still there now..." He murmurs almost too quietly for Deelel to overhear. Almost.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel looks to Faruja for a moment and listens to him. She will have to keep an eye on his drinking still his words do ring truy and she watche as he ends up at her feet sleeping. She raises an eyebrow at this. "So it's not quite like I thought." She loooks very sheepish at Tron for a moment. "Thank you sir, I appicate it. Things have been bad for my friend, a world fell to the Shadow Lords recently and he was one of the last defenders out..."

She looks at Tron for a moment and she tilts her head. She's now got a little curious about the man from that one coment he has made.

"...It's still there, it's safe I can confirm as much." She doesn't say where not with LEXUS, CHEIF and MCP on the lose. "May I ask what your name is?"
TRON has posed:
The man's eyes narrow behind his glasses. "Good, it has not completely fallen yet."

He inhales deeply. "Yes... Manhattan, I believe it was called. I was evacuated here with the non-combatants when the Darkness came." He untucks his turtleneck and reaches up under it from the beltline towards his shoulderblades.

He pulls a disc free from under his turtleneck, a disc that looks suspiciously like a silver Frisbee with blue rings around the center. "As for my name," he offers it to Deelel, the lines and dots on his thumb, pointer, and middle fingers flickering a bluish-white, "you tell me, Program."
Deelel has posed:
Deelel nods for a moment "It was and I was there, I joined the defenders as best I could. One of my kind was behind the fall of the city..." She pauses at the man as he pulls out a disc she stares. She knows what it is right away, comboed with the way his voice sounded normal. Her green eyes are going wide as she klooks at the man and sees the lines and dots. She understands whom this is.

"TRON... your alive!!" There's a look of suprise awe and ... hope on her face.
TRON has posed:
The man holds his index finger to his lips. "Shhh." At once, he looks both amused and mildly concerned. "The last thing any of us need is for our enemies to realize I have also left The Grid. Call me Alan for now, at least while I look like a User."

TRON puts away his Identity Disc and re-tucks in his turtleneck, the bluish-white lines traveling throughout his form and faintly glowing through his clothing. His mark--the Tetris-like T-symbol--is small and centered between his collarbones at the base of his throat.

"You and I have much to discuss, Deelel." He cants his gaze back down to poor Faruja. "Though perhaps after we take care of your friend?" Sleeping on the hard alley pavement can't be good on a User's health.
Deelel has posed:
Deelel nods to Tron she doens't need to be told twice as Tron hides his disc away. Deelel mad eno effort to hide what she was but the enemy knew whs was here however. "We do Alen, I have much to tell you. Agreed we can get him to an inn. I know him he'll be out until he's had a night's rest cycle." She'll moves to start to get Faruja up. She'll start for the near by inn.
TRON has posed:
TRON assists Deelel with Faruja even without being asked. "He deserves the recharge." The glowing lines die down to make him appear to be a normal human once more, now that there is no further reason to keep the lines active. "Lead the way."
