She's obviously related to those creepy Dennou girls who do the heavy lifting for the TDA; she's usually bumming around with one or more of them, in fact.

Profile

She's definitely a Dennou; the resemblance is just as uncanny as with the rest of them, but she seems to be a somewhat later model, if you will. She's only shown up anywhere just recently, popping up around Traverse with her sisters, or occasionally by herself. She seems to travel solo more freely than the parts of the standard-type Legion.

She seems distracted, most of the time; if she does engage with something, though, she does so with distressing intensity. Her mood swings wide and free, with little connection to her own circumstances. Thus far, she has limited her outbursts to, ah, socially acceptable situations. Like pitched battles with the Cauldron-Born.

Advantages

• Electro-mastery:Similarly to her sisters, Saitei Dennou enjoys direct control over electromagnetic force. Her own circuits are tuned purely for power; by herself, she can bring more power to bear than several of her sisters could, in concert.
• Light Frame: Her slim build affords her exceptional agility.
• Broad Education: There isn't much else for a girl to do around the volcano lab than read and study. She's particularly knowledgeable about electrical physics, and she knows some bits about biochemistry that really nobody ought to. I blame her mother.
• Emotional Link: While she does not have a full data connection to the Network, she does have a direct line on the feelings of Dennou. It comes without much context, but it can provide insight just as valuable as any data query.

Disadvantages

• Frail: The only thing Feige wanted out of her was high power output; her health was barely an afterthought.
• Overpowered: Unlike her sisters, Saitei cannot achieve fine control of her electrical powers. The only thing she can do with a computer is melt it, or maybe power it. Heck, it's all she can do not to toast the phone in her pocket.
• Emotional Buffer Overflow: There's nothing but context to tell her whether she's feeling something or Imi is, for instance. Her mood is subject to change without notice even to her.
• The Blot: A hammer with which Feige forged her into the weapon she wanted; Will stripped it from her in his rescue, but its lingering taint may still remain...

A Fairy with sword?!	August 17th, 2013	Just another day in Manhattan, that's all there is to it. Well it's nor normal really when several of the Dennou clan and Deelel encounter a lost Fairy. Who has a sword bigger than she is.
