Profile
The Gerrison family, due to their vast knowledge of magic and politics, has served as chief advisers to the monarchy. Since his youth, Jidro "Cid" Gerrison has been groomed as the next heir to continue the family tradition. Although reserved, he is pleasant and benign towards others. Taking the realistic approach to life, he may sometimes come off as a worrywart when placed outside of his comfort zone and he tends to be a huge coward in the face of danger. Given his heritage from his original continent, the Levitani wizard is sensitive to tidal changes. Aided by his codex, Jidro wields the art of black magic to bend reality to his will and is able to call upon the Second Gods to his aid when pressed enough. However, deep within the tome are forbidden secrets that he fears uncovering.

Abilities
Ethnic Trait - Lavitani: Due to his Lavitani heritage, Jidro is extremely sensitive to tidal changes, currents, and other such water-based shifts.
Keen Awareness: It's a knack that he has, especially while engrossed in his reading. Perhaps it is a bit of multitasking, but he can always seem to tell when something is odd or is at least aware of what is going on in spite of the fact that he's deep within the book that he's reading.
Black Magic: Black Magic generally focuses on the use of the elements and maledictions in an offensive manner. Jidro is capable of wielding magic in the form of hexes and offensive spells. Black Magic is general known for its destructive manner and its use is often devastating.
Call Magic: This type of magic is the ability to communicate with the Second Gods and briefly summon them into the world. After the Second God is called upon to aid the caster, they return into the gate hence they came.
Disadvantage - Requires Codex Aetherium: Unfortunately, in order to cast magic, Jidro requires his codex. It contains the incantations necessary for him to use the spells and he will often forget the incantations without it, with the exception of cantrips. The magic tome becomes missing or at a distance from him, he is rendered defenseless.
Cantrips: They are simple, minor spells that are utilized for practice or trips. It's usually during apprenticeship that the spells were more used. However, they range from things such as having objects float to whispering from afar. These are the only type of spells that Jidro can cast without requiring the codex.
Transportation Magic: Jidro is capable of limit transportation magic. This magic will range from taking a small group within his vicinity to a safe area that is still within the boundaries of the area to even banishing foes to another dimension.
Cooking: Jidro is an adept cook. He knows his way around the ingredients and is able to create satisfying dishes
Knowledge: Jidro has a breadth of knowledge within the arcane, politics, and the lore of the regions. This is likely due to his diligence in studying the books for knowledge. If the information is there, he will seek to gather it.
