The most important
These two happen to have a strange place in Chita's life, and heart, for that matter. A yin and yang relationship, despite his intents, or theirs for that matter. Chance, and actions, have lead to how he views them both and it is quite complicated with each.

| Aerith | "..." To put it in the simplest, basest terms, Aerith makes him feel weak and powerless. His heart and very emotions and thoughts and fears were exposed to her at some point and due to that, and how she keeps him at a friendly arms length, he has nothing to cling onto with her. Worse than any curse Hades placed on him, that exposed his gender and lifestyle, Aerith exposed his heart and only safe place remaining - inside. As it stands, despite her being the epitome of Lawful Good(Or perhaps Chaotic as the argument could be made), Chita is simply a bit scared of her. She makes him uncomfortable. She, simply by being there and being who she typically is, makes him confront his own weakness and he cannot escape into himself to get away from it. Especially with Hades' curse keeping him from deceiving even himself. |
| Rhiannon | "..." Exactly the opposite, with Rhiannon, Chita feels safe. Even though she is chaotic neutral, or possibly evil if one wants to make that argument, around her he feels in control. He feels as if he is making a difference, like he matters. She can't see into his heart, or his thoughts. He can still hide around her if necessary. He feels fully in control due to what was previously what he held over her, being one of the few people to know she was responsible for the incident with the Black Beast at Goug. Despite her coldness she acts the exact opposite of what Aerith tends to. She doesn't mind if he's close, she is witty back, confident in what she is doing, no morality, and by all extents is the crazy chick. And because of that, Chita feels comfortable, confident and stronger when dealing with her. She was, and still is despite recently having hurt her, his safe place. Where he can go to feel strong, try to make a difference, try to change her, fix her, get her to come over to the light, etc. |
